I give my people a try first before going to other nationalities. Soooo Im looking for a black owned nail shop. I search Google & see Ground Zero is black owned & close by with great reviews. Its Friday morning 9:54 am. It says on Google that shop is open. I get here & its closed. I call & after two rings, phone hangs up. Always something with us not being reliable, on time or professional. Sad but true
Toya did a wonderful job on my nails today. I'm looking forward to seeing her again to do another fabulous style.
I've been going to Toya for years. I follow her everywhere. I drive 20-25 minutes for her services! Completely worth it!! 😊 She is accommodating and understands that "life happens" when an appointment can't be kept. The new salon is inviting, fun and Professional! 100% satisfied!
I will start by saying this salon is amazing!! The owners are very friendly, fun, and attentive to their clients and their needs. They like to have fun but are all about their business. I was invited to their grand opening and the amount of love they received showed you how much they care about people and people care about them!
This establishment is beautiful and comfortable. The owners are friendly and fun, they make coming to the salon a worthwhile experience! Toya does an amazing job on my nails, very detailed, patient and understanding. Thank you Ground Zero for creating an environment that makes clients want to come back to! Looking forward to my next visit!
